Welcome to Peach & Cherry

We’re disrupting the creator management industry.
Although still debated, it is generally accepted that artificial general intelligence has been achieved. While many have only experienced artificial intelligence by having ChatGPT answer questions for them, few are experiencing magic previously only seen in science fiction movies. Included in this minority are software engineers, where they use models like Anthropic’s Fable and OpenAI’s Astra to write orders of magnitude more code than they were able to as little as one year ago. In fact, the amount of software that is now able to be produced is so large that many believe the marginal cost of doing so is quickly approaching zero.
Why do software engineers get to have all of the fun? Why aren’t other industries disrupted to the same degree? There’s not really a satisfying answer. Until recently, the companies that provide us with human level intelligence in the form of models have made their money by selling access to them rather than using them to develop solutions that would disrupt every industry imaginable. The two main exceptions have been ChatGPT and Claude Code, the latter of which was mainly an accident that turned out to be the primary catalyst that disrupted the software engineering industry.
We use this history lesson as a means to argue that while legacy solutions have tried to bolt on features, the reason artificial intelligence hasn’t yet disrupted the creator management industry isn’t because it’s not possible but rather because no one with the right talent has been motivated or bold enough to enter the room and solve the problem from the ground up. That is until now. We at Peach & Cherry have entered the room with a mission to use artificial intelligence to collaboratively disrupt the tools used by the creator management industry so that we can increase creator revenue, better the experience for both fans and creators, and decrease management costs.
The ideal state is not hard to imagine. Agencies connect creators and monitor while every fan is attended to without a single human chatter. Relationships are built and maintained, media is intelligently bundled and perfectly priced, winback campaigns are individually curated, action items are asynchronously surfaced, and inbound strategies effortlessly convert subscribers. The status quo looks much different. Agencies manage complex creator requirements while ensuring their expensive human chatting team retains a high quality bar while following meticulously curated scripts. This is often more of an art than a science as relationship building between a growing list of fans becomes hard to manage. To top it off, agencies manage this with tooling that has hardly changed since the industry was born. While some tools have added artificial intelligence features on top of a legacy foundation, Peach & Cherry is putting it at the foundation. To quote this expertly written article, “The AI is not a feature. It is the foundation. Every screen, every workflow, every interaction is shaped by it. The product does not have AI. The product is AI.”.
Our goal is to provide you with a magical product experience driven by artificial intelligence while giving you the ability to stay in the loop when you’d like. We want to make you feel like you’re in control when you want to be and the auditability when you don’t. What follows are a few of the many ways, in no particular order, in which this philosophy manifests in the product. You can see a more complete list of our features here.
First, we believe that a chatter built on artificial intelligence will always know how to perfectly reply, both proactively and passively, to every fan. It knows what campaign they subscribed from, what their interests and hobbies are even if it’s something they told another creator, and knows how to use all of this to build and maintain an intimate relationship that converts. However, if you’d like to manually send messages, we provide you with a way to do so along with the ability to hold messages for human review in a rules driven way.
Second, we believe that natural language is the only interface you need. There’s no reason why any question you have or action you want to take can’t be facilitated through a chat that responds with dynamic answers, charts, buttons, and forms. We still provide you with basic crm-like screens out of the box but we don’t think you’ll use them a lot.
Third, we believe that manually creating pay-per-view media bundles does not provide the best fan experience and therefore does not optimize revenue. The best experience dynamically curates a just-in-time bundle based on what a fan is most likely to enjoy and pay for. However, we still give you the option to manually create bundles if you’d like.
Fourth, although not related to artificial intelligence, we’re really passionate about performance. We want the feeling you have while using Peach & Cherry to be as satisfying as when you’re using products like ChatGPT, Instagram, or TikTok. This means giving you the performance and fluidity required to make your time in our product enjoyable. You may have heard by products that have preceded ours that the platforms are to blame for an experience that is anything less than perfect. This is simply not the case. The example below shows your average experience inside of Peach & Cherry where messages to and from the platform sync immediately and scrolling through thousands of messages is instant.
We want to build the right set of features that help you easily bridge the gap between legacy tooling and Peach & Cherry. This includes changing some of the features you may be used to. Since we believe the future is absent of a human chatting team, there’s no need to build features that manage their shifts. Similarly, there’s no need to build anything more than a basic way to manually script conversations. A foundation built on artificial intelligence can provide something scripts have never been able to deliver on - a way to message and reply to fans in an individualized way that optimizes for conversion. While we understand that this may sound like a big change to some, we’re here to guide you through it.
The team behind Peach & Cherry is world class. We’ve spent the last decade redefining the state of the art with artificial intelligence in Silicon Valley, California and will continue to do so here. Armed with deep domain knowledge, we want to build the product interactively with you and respond to your feedback with product changes in days instead of months. You can reach the team anytime with one of our many options. In addition, every organization that signs up immediately receives an email with an invitation to a shared Slack channel so that we can bring you as close to the team as possible.
Not only has artificial intelligence disrupted industries but it has also made things more cost effective. Peach & Cherry is no exception. We believe in simple and transparent pricing devoid of complicated tiers or commission structures and instead offer the product at one small, flat rate. A pleasant side effect of this is that you can migrate your creators over time as we gain your trust.
We’ll periodically post blogs like this one to keep you excited about the cool features the team is working on. Until then, use this prompt to try in our assistant after you connect your first creator, “Setup a campaign that tracks fan subscriptions across TikTok, Reddit, and Instagram. When they subscribe, send a message with some context about the channel in which they converted from. Let’s also set up a smart list that contains everyone that converted through this campaign so that I can message them all at once if I want to.”
This blog was entirely written by a human; without artificial intelligence.
