Introducing creator texting

We’ve replaced "link in bio" with "text me". Let’s talk about it!
The status quo for fan conversions entails creators posting social media content that drives fans to a link in their bio where they are then routed to the creator’s platform. We created a way to significantly increase the probability that a fan “converts” and we’re excited to announce that starting today, it’s available to everyone!
While talking to one of our customers, we discovered that they hired a team of people that would message the viewers of their creator’s Instagram stories. They did this as an attempt to increase the probability that that fan converted by building a brief relationship with them. While this successfully increased their conversion rates, it came at the high cost of their human chatting team. Only one week later, the team at Peach & Cherry gave them an improved version of this flow that converted even better and at no additional cost to their Peach & Cherry subscription! They fired their human chatting team.
Rather than driving fans to click a link in a creator’s bio, fans can now text a “safe-for-work” version of a creator’s essence that will build a relationship with them. It then intelligently offers a link to the creator’s platform when the fan is most likely to convert. The relationship is then remembered and maintained while the fan is chatting with the creator on their platform after the fan converts. This is game changing! It even works flawlessly on an iPhone where the conversation happens with native iMessage blue bubbles. Here’s a video that shows it in action.
Fans are much more likely to convert if they feel like they have a connection with the creator outside of their platform that then transfers to wherever they’re chatting. We give them this state of the art ability.
The feature seamlessly integrates with the rest of the Peach & Cherry product and works flawlessly whether you already use us to replace your legacy creator management tooling or not. If you haven’t yet given us a try, this is an excellent way to get started in a way that sits on top of your existing tooling.
In addition to texting, we’re currently adding support for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram. Let us know what other platforms you want to see us add.
